Using SuperMail
SuperMail is a mail client for your own mail accounts. You may use it with accounts you own or are allowed to access. You are responsible for following the terms of your mail providers, such as Google and Microsoft.
Your data
Your mail stays yours. SuperMail works on your Mac and connects directly to your providers. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
SuperMail is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It can move, archive or delete mail when you tell it to, so keep backups of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for lost data, lost profits or other indirect damages that come from using SuperMail.

These terms may change. The current version is always on this page.
